KEEPING A HEALTHY, HAPPY AURA
What is an Aura?
An Aura is the electromagnetic energy field radiating from the surface of a person or object. This emanation is visualized as an outline of cascading colour. In truth this energy field not only goes around you, but moves within your body as well. Every part of your being, as well as everything you experience is made of electromagnetic energies. The existence of electromagnetic fields is a scientifically proven fact, as everything that is in our reality is created from electromagnetic energy. Therefore all things have an aura - plants, animals, etc.
Auras can be seen physically, or sensed psychically, or both. They change continuously, and can extend out very far or remain close to the body, according to the person's mood and environment. The sounds and levels of light around you and the colours that you wear or surround you, can affect your aura in numerous ways causing it to vibrate at different frequencies. An aura’s colour spectrum therefore will vary with one's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states.
Anything that can affect an electromagnetic field can affect a change in one's aura. Using aura sprays, meditating, working with crystals, listening to music, walking in nature or anything that enhances your energy fields will raise you to a higher frequency color of light. Finding a way that’s appropriate for you to work with energy will promote good health and balance.
"The human body is made up of electronic vibrations, with each atom and element of the body, each organ and organism, having its electronic unit of vibration necessary for the sustenance of, and equilibrium in, that particular organism. Each unit, then, being a cell or a unit of life in itself has the capacity of reproducing itself by the first law as is known of reproduction-division. When a force in any organ or element of the body becomes deficient in its ability to reproduce that equilibrium necessary for the sustenance of physical existence and its reproduction becomes deficient in electronic energy. This may come by injury or by disease, received by external forces. It may come from internal forces through lack of eliminations produced in the system or by other agencies to meet its requirements in the body." (Edgar Cayce (1928), There Is A River by Thomas Sugrue)
Bringing balance and reenergizing the energy fields of our whole being creates a healthy wellness to body, mind and spirit.
Using Aura Sprays
The aura reflects our health, mental activity and emotional state. It can also show disease - often long before the onset of symptoms. Our aura sprays help to cleanse, balance and harmonise the energies in your aura or any room to enhance your well being. Simply shake the bottle to activate the crystal-based vibrational essences in the essential oil blend, and spray your aura from an arms length distance, then breathe deeply several times, allowing the aromas to permeate your physical body as well as your aura’s field. You can do this once, twice a day or as often as you feel necessary. It’s up to you! You will feel the benefits of experiencing a greater well being with regular use of these aura sprays.
I believe that if the energies in your body, mind, spirit are in balance then your body is able to do, what it was designed to do … and that’s to heal itself. Aura sprays, are a simple way to bring about that healing balance that you need for your good health and well being.
Meditation
Meditation is something you can do anywhere, anytime. But like anything you need to practice to receive continuous benefits that meditation has to offer. Like most things meditation is many things to many people. Some like to go to a place of absolute stillness and quiet. Meditation is about letting go of the everyday traffic of thoughts that we consciously or subconsciously allow to buzz through our mind on a continuous basis. We know our body needs daily rest, so too does our mind from the chatter of: what we need to do, or should do, how well we’ve fail or succeeded at a task or relationship and how much we beat up on ourselves when life isn’t as we think it should be.
To find this place of stillness you need to become the observer of your thoughts instead of the thinker. You can do this by distracting the mind by: observing thoughts as clouds floating away, giving all your thoughts back to the universe (releasing or surrendering feelings and thoughts back to the universe), observing your breathe, watching it flow in and out of you body, perform a repetitive task that doesn’t require thinking (e.g. sewing, knitting, ironing, washing, weeding/digging the garden). Once you feel that stillness as deeply as you can, you may wish to simply be in that stillness or explore some aspect of your inner self, such as talking to you cells or body organs, placing love light in parts of your body that you feel need attention, ask to speak to a guide, an angel, your higher self, ascended masters, God to give you healing and guidance with your life.
I have found that even a single deep meditation can make you feel energized, refreshed and able to cope better with life. Meditating helps you to see things in a clearer perspective. It lifts fears so that you can make decisions that will help you be in life’s flow instead of feeling like your heading upstream continuously.
Whether you meditate for five minutes or thirty minutes a day, do it regularly. For beginners, I recommend a quiet place where you won’t be distracted. Although, with practice you can meditate anywhere, anytime you choose. Before beginning a meditation, use one of our aura sprays to cleanse the area and create the meditative atmosphere you want.
Working with Crystals
Crystals and gemstones have been eagerly sought after for thousands of years as items of beauty and items of power with mysterious gifts. There are many different ways that crystals and other stones have been used to enhance daily life.
Crystals and other stones are used in healing, promoting spiritual development, assisting with protection, attracting abundance, enhancing meditation, broadcasting affirmations and assisting in psychic and spiritual communication. There is never only one way to do anything. We can explore many different forms of crystal healing practices. Some are more effective for people than others, but all have value.
Each Crystal or stone has a potential of specialized gifts for us. Each can draw in and radiate healing energy specific to each stone and/or amplify spiritual energies. The use of crystals and stones as energy transmitters of spiritual information and vibration is almost unlimited.
This energy may be seen as being the elemental energy of the stone itself and/or its Spirit essence being - the conscious aspect of all stones of a particular kind. Some people work with crystals as tools to draw energy in or out of the body, using crystals in a mechanical way as channels of abstract energies. Others may speak with and invoke the stones as spirit entities. Some people hold that the effect of a stone to facilitate healing or meditation or other dimensional journeying is a side effect of the actual chemical composition of the particular stone.
Holding a crystal, placing crystals on or around your body or simply gazing and meditating upon a crystal can help your body to heal itself.
Healing Sound
Great music nourishes us in ways we don't even realize. Music can inspire, relax and energize us. It heals us and helps to keep us well. Using music as a daily tool for body mind integration and stress reduction can have many positive benefits.
Since the beginning of recorded history, music has played a significant role in the healing of our world. Music and healing are communal activities that are natural to everyone. We have used sound to access deeper states of consciousness, expanded awareness and heal the body for thousands of years. Chanting, toning, Tibetan singing bowls, Chinese meditation gongs, drumming and the use of mantras are examples of mind altering music.
Sounds and music have a proven effect in creating states of relaxation, balance, healing and visualization. Generally these include certain types of lyrical, flowing melodies and chord arrangements. Some chord arrangements can create an atmosphere of peace, mystery, awe and openness. Music can be used effectively to compliment other forms of healing such as massage, energy work, physical healing, emotional release work, hypnosis, stress reduction, relaxation and meditation.
There is a direct link between a person's thoughts, attitudes, perceptions, and emotions, and the health of the immune system. This being the case, we have the ability to be proactive in the health of our body, mind and spirit through music. You, the listener, determine the final impact, since you are the active conductor who participates in the process of creating health and wellbeing through the listening process.
Being in Nature
Taking a walk in nature is a most therapeutic way to clear your mind. If you’ve ever hugged a tree or simply placed your hand close to its trunk, you will feel the energy of life that flows through it. This is the same energy that flows through all living things. Just as our pets are always willing to shower us with unconditional love so it is with the flora of nature. Plants are always willing to gladly share their energy with us. You’ve heard of hugging trees but have you felt them hug back? Gentle and nurturing – is how a tree can make you feel. Ask trees and rocks to share their wisdom and allow your thoughts to flow. It might sound silly but it can’t hurt to try and it doesn’t cost a cent. You’ll be surprised and inspired at insights that may come to you.
Finding YOUR way to health
There are as many paths to good health and only you can find what works for you. I suggest using your intuition to help guide you to what may or may not work for you and have fun doing it. Remember that whatever healing you engage in, it involves discovering your true inner self and learning to love and accept who you are, unconditionally “Healing relies on an openness to the whole; a willingness to relinquish whatever frustrates or delays -- mistaken ideas, negative feelings, poor diet, inadvisable lifestyle -- and to accept a wider spectrum of responses with new ideas, experience, and priorities.” (Olivea Dewhurst-Maddock, Sound Therapy)
