What precautions do I need to be aware of when using any aromatherapy product, aromatherapy spray or aura spray?

• Never take aromatherapy products internally.
• Keep aromatherapy products away from eyes.
• Do not use aromatherapy products with infants.
• Store aromatherapy products away from light and heat.
• Keep aromatherapy products away from children and animals.
• Some aromatherapy products are flammable - keep away from flame.
• If skin irritation or allergic reaction occurs when using any product, discontinue use immediately. It is also advisable to reduce the recommended amounts by half or complete a 24 hour skin test before application where possible. If any irritation does occur, immediately wash off with water and seek medical attention.
• Do not apply citrus essential oils, especially Bergamot before direst exposure to the sun. These essential oils increase photosensitivity.
• Aromatherapy products should not replace proper health care. If you are under medical supervision, consult your health practitioner before using aromatherapy products.
• If you are pregnant seek the advice of a qualified aromatherapist before using aromatherapy products - some essential oils are contraindicated during pregnancy. During pregnancy it is recommended that you should not use the following oils: basil,Cedarwood, clary sage, geranium, jasmine, juniper, peppermint, rose, rosemary, thyme and chamomile in the early months. Many other oils are safe to use in low dosages. Always check with a qualified practitioner for further clarification, before use.
• If you have epilepsy, be aware that several essential oils may trigger an epileptic seizure.
• If you suffer from high or low blood pressure, some essential oils should be avoided.

Why are there sometimes multiple postage charges?

We have multiple suppliers. We therefore have multiple postage charges that will appear during checkout if your order includes goods being shipped from different suppliers in different countries. We save you money by reducing the cost of the items and your shipping costs by having the items you want shipped directly from our suppliers to you, instead of the item being shipped to us, we then have to store it and repackage the item and ship it to you.  This way we eliminate the costs of double handling, shipping, etc. and allow you to buy the goods at a cheaper price. Our Goddess Spirit aromatherapy aura sprays and Amanda Therapy products are supplied from Australia, the ultrasonic aromatherapy diffusers from North America, while all other products (all the oils and oil kits, portable battery diffusers, air refreshers and facial sprays) come from the USA.  Thus if your order includes products from each of these three sources you will have three postage charges at the checkout.  This allows us to minimize your costs by only charging you what it costs our suppliers to ship the products you want to your destination. Remember postage charges are based on the weight of the item being ordered and the first item also requires a box and packaging, while the second or more items will generally only need small increases in packaging costs. With this in mind you can modify our order.  An order for only one product going to an overseas location may appear to have an expensive postage charge, but if you increase your order with multiple items from the same supplier the postage & packaging costs per item will generally decrease.

During this current Global Economic Crisis we are all watching how we spend our money.  To help you with minimumising your shipping costs Aromatherapy Sprays now have pages dedicated to Products from Australia and Products from America.  So if you live in either of these two countries then you could minimumize you shipping costs by only ordering products from these respective pages.

Email us at   providing a list of the products you wish to purchase and your destination details State/Province and Country.  We will then determine your shipping and handling costs and email these details back to you along with instructions on how to make your order.

What happens about customs and my country's import laws and import charges/duties?
