Aromatherapy Sprays Fees & Shipping Information and Policies

Your products are processed and shipped to you as soon as practical after your order has been received.  Usually within a few days your order will have been packaged, posted and be making its way to you.  Delivery time is dependent on where you live and the origin of the products (see below).  Orders traveling overseas may get shipped by air or sea and therefore the delivery time could vary depending on where you live, where the item(s) is being shipped from and how the item(s) gets shipped to you.  In some, rare, cases due to a variety of reasons (e.g. shipping by sea, customs clearance times in your country, holidays, busy postal periods and the postal service), the delivery time of your package could be up to 7-8 weeks from the time your package is shipped to you. These times are outside our control and if your package hasn't arrived we ask that you please be patient, but contact us if your parcel hasn't arrived after 8 weeks. 

We currently ship the Ultrasonic Diffuser to only Australia and mainland USA.  If you live outside these areas please email or fill in our contact form requesting information about shipping to your country / area.  We will then determine the shipping & processing charges and advise you how to proceed with your order.

Aside from the Ultrasonic essential oil diffuser, we ship the rest of our products to the following countries:

If your country is currently not included and you would like to order our products contact us and let us know what products you would like to order and where you live and we will contact you regarding shipping fees and ordering information. 

Fees 

Our shipping & processing fees include processing, handling, packaging and postage costs of our aromatherapy products and these are itemised separately according to the country from which they are shipped.

Our payment transaction fee includes charges associated with credit card and Paypal fees. 

Shipping Policies 

While every care is taken with the packaging of our products, if in the unfortunate event that any Aromatherapy Sprays products are damaged in transit you should immediately contact the the postal service who delivered your parcel to seek compensation.  If the parcel looks damaged on delivery then you should immediately take photos of a damaged parcel before opening it and then seek compensation via the postal company who delivered your parcel.  If this is unsatisfactory then contact us regarding the damage sustained, providing photographic images of the damaged packaging and products and for details of how and where to return the goods.  You may then be able return the damaged Aromatherapy Sprays products to the address provided by us, at your expense, together with the original packaging as it was received inorder to receive a new shipment or refund.  Note: The shipping & processing and payment transaction fees already paid can not be refunded.

Shipping companies policies:

Goods shipped from Australia (The Goddess Spirit & Amanda Therapy range) are shipped via Australia Post.

Australia Post provides compensation for goods damaged in transit as per their terms and conditions.

    Domestic post: 

       In accordance with Australia Post's terms and conditions, section G6.4.2 available at  http://www.auspost.com.au/pdfs/General.pdf, goods and  original wrapping and packaging must be produced the damaged article to Australia Post.

G6.4.2 – Claims for missing or damaged contents

If the claim concerns missing or damaged contents, the claimant must notify Australia Post immediately. The person who received delivery must, when making the claim, produce the article to Australia Post, including all original wrapping and packaging. This condition applies even if the person addressed waives the right to claim in favour of the sender. Senders should inform all addressees of this condition.

    International shipping:

         Compensation:  Australia Post pays compensation for articles lost or damaged in the International Post in accordance with the Australia Post Terms and Conditions.  Claims must be made within 6 months of the lodgement date of the article, or 30 days in the case of Express Courier International items and Express Post International parcels.  Full details regarding compensation can be found at: http://www.auspost.com.au/internationalpost/products/compensation/

Goods shipped from North America (The Awakening Spirit range) are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Contact USPS (as appropriate) to enquire about compensation for goods damaged in transit.
